Karen Herdman was just awesome. She knows her stuff! Always returned my calls, checked on my house when I could not and followed up on everything she promised to. I can't say enough good things about her and my experience with her. You know you have a great realtor when your attorneys office even comments how proactive and helpful she is. If you're in Angelica and are in need of a realtor I highly recommend her.

Travis Thurston was truly exceptional. I was able to contact right away and get initial info and then schedule showing. Travis was prompt, kind and knowledgeable about the process of buying with cash. I had a lot of questions. The amount of effort and time he took in showing the property made me feel unhurried and at ease.

Called about a farm. Was told I was a idiot. Was told town tax accessor was a idiot because she dosnt know what property values are. Was sworn at by Dan Heisey. Knew his grandfather for years. Would have been ashamed. I will.never buy or list from these people. I told them I have a list of the last sales in that area. I was told I was a idiot. What a joke.
