I am writing to formally recognize and commend Renae Reed at NVR Mortgage for the exceptional service she provided throughout my mortgage process. This was a very difficult and demanding process. We were asked for multiple documents, often more than once, and there were frequent deadlines that added a great deal of pressure. During this time, I was also under the weather, which made it physically and emotionally challenging to gather and submit everything that was required. She took the time to work with me, consistently checked in, and clearly communicated deadlines without ever making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. Complete and utter nightmare. If they are offering money off a new home for using their mortgage company RUN don’t do it. Loan officer invented price of the home 30k more then tried to write it off as VA funding fee being included. I am not stupid. They would have no idea how much that would be as it depends on multiple factors. They had all our documents and months to take care of all of this the day before closing Monday they call at 430 pm to delay closing with everything set up. Then the day of closing comes and they delay it further. We arrive on time and now we are going to sit here for another 45 min waiting on paperwork. Unacceptable. Intolerable way to do business.
