NVHomes at The Estuary

We’ve had a great experience building our new home in The Estuary. From the start, working with Kathy Jacobs has made the process smooth—she was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cared about everything we wanted in our next forever home😉. The community itself is fantastic, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is another huge plus—being so close to the beach is a dream! The home design options were impressive, and the value NVR offered compared to other builders made our decision an easy one. We love getting video updates from our Project Manager, Chris Truitt since we are in NY and cannot be at the site to see the progress. He has been amazing to work with and is so thorough with his recaps. We are excited to be part of this community and can’t wait to move in!

Today December 23, 2025 I had the opportunity to work with a gentleman by the name of Will Ford. Will was responsible for my walk-through before settlement. He was so kind and so knowledgeable, with Extreme attention to details!! By the time he had finished the walk-through, I had absolutely no questions because he had answered everything that I could possibly think of for my new home. The walk-through was for a home that I purchased at The Landings at Bayside in Berlin, Maryland. I would highly recommend to the company to use Will as your walk-through person. I had a fantastic experience working with Kathy Jacobs and Jeff Helvig on my new home purchase. Their attention to detail and follow up with me was impeccable! My wife and I came to Delaware simply to explore our options. After looking at many communities through the state, we fell in love with the Estuary. Kathy Jacobs was amazing, professional, and genuine. She helped us through the process of buying our home. NVHomes is very well organized and transparent. We received weekly updates from our project manager, Jordan Pippin. All our questions were answered and concerns addressed in a timely fashion. Our home was built in exactly 4 months, right on schedule. We love it and couldn't be happier. We are so looking forward to being a part of this community.

Coming from out of state, with limited knowledge of the area, we found the NV experience at The Estuary informative, helpful and reassuring. We found the perfect floor plan for our needs and a beautiful lot to build it on. Very happy! Kathy Jacobs consistently went above and beyond to answer questions and share her local knowledge. We often said that the only thing our former residence lacked was a beach. Well now we are all set and ready for visits from friends and family!
