NVHomes at Stone Harbor Lakes Twins

My wife and I just visited NV Stone Harbor Lakes new homes. While we’ve just decided not to buy at this time, it had nothing to do with the excellent product offered or the accompanying golf club. Both impressive. What made this a more difficult decision is not being able to work with sales associate Karen McL. This woman is very knowledgeable and was concerned with our personal situation, and spent a considerable amount of time answering our questions and showing us around. You’d be fortunate to work with Karen if purchasing a home anywhere with NV Homes. One could not do better, and we’re not related, having met just a few days ago. And NV, you can’t do better either.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new home in Stone Harbor Lakes thanks to our salesperson Karen. She was very informative and extremely responsive to the hundreds of questions that we had. Our home is in the process of being built and Tyler has been sending us weekly videos and updates which is awesome. We greatly appreciate all of Karen and Tyler’s expertise, assistance and professionalism.

We walked through our new vacation home at Stone Harbor Lakes with Project Manager, Doug Gilbert, and he was very informative showing us every detail about our new home. He took the time necessary to answer all of our questions and really knows his stuff! My Husband and I couldn’t be happier, the craftsmanship really blew us away! TOP NOTCH all the way from meeting the Sales Rep, Susan Miller, to seeing the finished product! We are thrilled with the entire experience and can’t wait until move in day!

We have been in our Ferndale for exactly 2 weeks, several weeks ahead of schedule. We especially liked the weekly updates as our home was being built. Tyler, our project manager, sent us videos regularly to show us the progress being made. He was outstanding in not only keeping us informed, but was so helpful with addressing any issues we had quickly and professionally. It is nice to have to have a personal contact person when buying into a big development.

I know, I know- many people complain about their experience with NVR but here’s a 5 STAR REVIEW with lots of applause and finger pointing! We built with NVR at Stone Harbor Lakes and had a million questions. We set and also received clear communication from Jason Sollenberger in the sales office. We were fully supported from pre-construction with Doug Gilbert all the way through to the finish with our site manager Tyler Joslin. Every single week we rec’d a video update inside and outside. Our questions, comments or concerns were promptly addressed the very same day as requested. If I had to point out who made this process easier than imagined it is these three people!
