NVHomes at Philmont 55+

Extremely disappointed with the overall quality of my NV Homes property. Within just the first couple of years, we faced a long list of issues that no new homeowner should ever have to deal with: a leaking roof, leaking heater, broken garage spring, and poor insulation/draft problems throughout the house. What makes it worse is that none of these were covered under their warranty, which honestly feels like a complete joke. You expect a builder of this size to stand behind their work, but instead you’re left paying out of pocket for problems that stem from poor construction quality and lack of proper inspection. Really love this development from the first second I walked into the samples. It has everything I’m looking for. Was actually looking for an over 55 that allowed fence in backyards for my dogs. I can go on and on about the things in this community that I love. Love the fact that other houses are not backed up next to me we have nothing but open space. This Builder-does Not nickel and dime you like Toll bros or some of the other big builders. Holly and Valarie are terrific to work with could not be happier so far with my experience

I fell in love with this house the minute I opened the door. I am so excited to be in this new NV home and have only positive comments. First of all based on a prior experience my daughter had with NV homes they are the most reliable new home builder out there. I was thrilled when I realized that NV was the builder for this community. Everyone I have come in to contact with has been helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I do want to give a special shout out to Valerie Stock who has gone above and beyond to make this dream of mine come true. She has been so patient, kind and just an amazing person. Her knowledge and expertise is beyond any expectation I could have had. I cannot wait to move in and be a part of this fabulous community!!

My husband and I were just casually looking to downsize and came across Philmont Townhomes. We were very impressed with the model home design and loved the fact that it’s connected to the Philmont Country Club. Our sales rep Valarie has been extremely helpful and she’s a pleasure to deal with. We were able to get an end unit and plan to install a fence for our small dogs which is not always permitted in HOA’s.
