We are very excited with the purchase of our home in Trotter’s Retreat and looking forward to its June completion. But we want to especially recognize our sales person, Heidi Cox, for all she did to help us through the buying process. She went above and beyond what you would typically expect from someone in her role. We will never forget her asking us to meet to review our selections. We initially thought why was she requesting to have this meeting. What we didn’t expect was for Heidi to go over everything line by line. She discovered several items that needed to be addressed or were misunderstandings on our part. You are lucky to have her now at Maple Highlands.
Maple Highlands is a beautiful 55+ community. NV homes are well built and luxurious! Joe Blasko (Rep) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I highly recommend Joe and NV homes!

Our new home in Maple Highlands is fantastic! The floor plan was well thought out, and the lighting designer paid tremendous attention to detail. We appreciate the location; it's convenient to restaurants, stores, and services near 95 and Rt 29, yet it feels rural with the surrounding trees and land. We had a wonderful experience working with Amie on our purchase and would highly recommend that anyone looking for a 55+ community check out Maple Highlands!!
We just moved into this wonderful community and we are so very happy! After looking at lots of houses in the area for a few months, as soon as we first stepped into the model house, we knew this was the place and home we wanted. It is the right size for us since we wanted to downsize, but not really 😉. We found the floor plan to be so convenient and so beautiful, that we came back the same day and bought our house!! Now that we are in our new home, we couldn’t be any happier. Even as we are the middle of hundreds of boxes and getting organized as we just moved in, we feel excited about our life in this new community. On top of everything, the NVR Home team is outstanding.
