l am a current renter of two years. At the beginning, this was a pleasant experience; a safe haven, a place of peace and comfort. Unfortunately, that has turned into the total opposite! For over half of this year, I have dealt with infection and illness due to an unsafe environment. When this began, my concern was prayerfully finding out what the cause could be. Going back and forth to Dr's visits, medication, pain, fear, frustration and confusion were my constants. Being informed that I was dealing with something in my environment brought even more fear and confusion! I couldn't understand why or what was happening. Ive been going to the office on different occasions along with emailing the manager requesting that someone higher than her to contact me and now its been over a month and now the manager added an attorney fee to my ledger after requesting the incorrect fees be removed or her supervisor contacts me regarding my ledger. Keep giving me a number that does not work for corporate or the regional just dont believe in responding back to tenants I need someone to actually contact me or give me a number i can physically talk to someone not no automated system nor leaving a voicemail because no believes in calling back

It has been eight years—since 2017—since I moved out of Hidden Crest Apartments, and I am still waiting on my security deposit. Despite multiple visits to both the apartment office and Nurock, no one has been able to provide a clear answer or any resolution. The lack of communication and accountability is beyond unprofessional—it’s theft, plain and simple. This kind of behavior is exactly why renters lose trust in property management companies. You’re taking advantage of working-class people who earn every dollar with integrity, while you ignore your legal and ethical responsibilities. I’ve been more than patient, but enough is enough. I want my deposit returned immediately. You do not deserve the benefit of the doubt or a reputation of credibility if this is how you conduct business.

I’ve applied for a property in Fort Worth, Tx. Walk through my application with property management rep and I met all requires. Perfect rental history, have a good credit score, no record and met income guidelines. Yet 2 days later I get denied and all I was they can’t tell me why I am denied and refused to give me a phone number . I had to give my current apartment a 30 day notice in order to get a rental reference! The number they are posting in these reviews and on their website . No is answering. No response just as the previous reviews state.

In March of this year I was retaliated against and discriminated against by an employee of Nurock Property Management. He was a short hispanic bald with a grey nurock shirt on ( no he did not have name badge on). In Texas it is a law they have to give you 24 hours notice they will be in your dwelling or garage. Well I did not get a notice by email, phone, or person. My daughter and I walked to our garage and a gentleman was lifting up my garage door ( it has been hit 4 times by other drivers). I asked who he was who he was with and no response, but the man went and got someone. Another hispanic male drove up in a silver ford truck and loudly told me "IDK IDK YOU NEED TO GO TALK TO OFFICE WE ARE HERE TO FIX GARAGE". Mind you my 9 year old daughter was standing right next to me. He did get
