Very unprofessional. I had a viewing of house at 6:00p.m. It was already dark outside and no lights on in the house. The lady showing the house couldn't answer any of the questions my wife and I had. They wanted a 1500.00 holding fee while viewing our application. Yet we had already been approved or they wouldn't have agreed to show us the house. The lady showing us the house stated that. BEWARE NOT sure this is a ligit company. They repeatedly asked for money through Venmo. Scam artist no doubt.
Very unprofessional. Can't get ahold of a person. No one answered the phone and no voice mail set up. The application process was a joke. Don't rent from them
