Unfortunately, a realtor selected this company as the escrow agent, and although their disbursements can take up to 72 hours, it took us more than 72 hours. The company cited the person in charge's vacation as the reason for the delay, which we consider disrespectful and unethical. Please be wise and never use this company

I recently closed a transaction with Nu World Title Company, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I have had in my 24 years of representing clients in the real estate industry. Their handling of this transaction was completely unprofessional and riddled with negligence. First, they took over six weeks to return escrow funds after a contract cancellation, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Then, when working with the new buyer, they completely mishandled critical funds. $4,000 that was supposed to be collected from the seller on behalf of the buyers was not collected, even though clear instructions were sent. To make matters worse, the owner of the company refuses to take responsibility, claiming they are not liable for the missing funds. This kind of negligence is

Closing process was simple and easy, however, they held a small amount in the event any utilities were due. The water utility was never paid by them, causing me to pay out of pocket to avoid late fees. It’s been ongoing since October 2024 and Summer constantly says “we’ll send you the check tomorrow” only to not send it. They’ve told me twice in the last week “we’re going to overnight the check” only for a check to never arrive. They’ve held over $1,000 owed to me for months and are now screening my calls, refusing to answer and just hanging up. Summer ignores my emails. This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve had in a long time, I’m sure of it were the other way around they wouldn’t stop harassing me. Shame on these people.

Excellent Service!!! It is always a pleasure working with this company. The staff is always willing and able to assist me with my customer's closings in an easy and swift manner. They have a great "APP" that keeps you informed as your file progresses from start to closing day. This is the only Title Company I use. Thank you Sunset Office you ROCK!!!!

This title company made significant errors. First of all, I was not given wire instructions until after 2 pm the day before closing. This made a very stressful day. On closing day, they made an error that cost me an extra 200 plus because on the document they had the wrong closing date. a week later, they notified me that I owed another 600+ because they had not added the title insurance in the right column, and at that time wanted a copy of my ID. All in all, they provided poor customer service, in addition to charging higher closing costs. I do not recommend them.
