Nu-Era Construction

I only have good things to say about the quality of the product offered by Nu-era and the follow up service I have gotten from their team. We were looking for a house for years after making the mistake of buying from another local builder and also getting burned by another one, GT Issa. A simple comparison between the 2, looking at the materials used, unique design and just the everyday things like grading the lot and encapsulating the crawl space with a dehumidifier and Nu-Era is by far a better product. Their spec homes are obviously not custom builds but much closer than a GT Issa product for example. The neighborhoods they build in are also much better situated, diverse and overall very peaceful.

Disheartening that a company cannot be trusted to deliver a quality product then refuse to make things right. Their word, contract, and warranty mean nothing unless you are willing to take it to court to have it enforced. Save yourself the trouble, find another builder who takes pride and ownership in their work.
