Nu Elm Apartments

As I sit here and read these comments I laugh a little bit, but then I realize you residence have it made. My mom and I lived there for about 4-5 years in separate apartments and I don't think anyone realizes how lucky they have it there. We lived there when Alice Wilson was manager and she told us we had to move but couldn't give us a reason as to why. She didn't evict us just said we had to be out. She told me that because my mom had to move, I also had to move which wasn't fair to either one of us when we did nothing wrong. She put down that my mom owed thousands of dollars to an apartment that never got renovated, she put down that I owed thousands of dollars to an apartment for the renovations. But she only did that so we couldn't move back there like ever. It didn't go into collectio

I'm not very happy with this place it's not the manager it's the apartment complex happin to leave my apartment the other day and happin to see a bed bug in the hallway this place is loaded with them you can't turn your back without seeing one I don't know how they will do treatments with four apartments on one level that is not easy it just makes him scattered going room to room if you try doing treatment it is overwhelming depressing this place needs to be exterminated from top to bottom and every building because if you see one and one building you're going to see a whole lot more and the other rooms as well and the whole apartment complex so if it's going to be done they need to do it all at once bring in the treatments bring in the heat treatment bring it all cover the whole building

Why you closed more often than open. Also why can't you keep management it's starting to get annoying keep trying to talk to the office but can't get anything I need done, done because of having no management. It also doesn't make sense I look online it says open I go to check and no ones there what sense does that make. How am i supposed to check for packages this isnt the first time that's happened its so annoying.

I have lived in these apartments for about a year and a half now, and when I experience things in the beginning, they were very awful, roaches, bed, bugs, poor living conditions, trash, homeless people an drug traffic in and out and even nodding out in the court yard. Since the new management and maintenance, things are drastically better. The area and playground is very clean, along with the apartments being renovated and fixed by the new maintenance man Daniel Styles. He has really worked hard to bring this place together as far as living conditions an keeping this place safer. For a bad area New Elm isnt. This is a better place now for families and as a community, we work together with daniel, to keep it that way. We are very very appreciative of the better management here

Nu Elm apartments are kind, caring and compassionate. Since new management has been in office Crystal, Gabbie and Daniel Graves things have really been taken care of around here. Maitnece responds in a timely manner, things are actually being repaired and trespassing is taken seriously. I now feel safe as a resident.
