Novus Westshore

I want to give a huge shout-out to the maintenance team at Novus Westshore, specifically Tallie, Ramon, and Leonardo. These three are hands-down the best maintenance professionals I’ve ever dealt with in any apartment community. They are extremely skilled, incredibly fast, and always get the job done right the first time. No shortcuts, no repeat requests, just solid, high-quality work every single time. What really sets them apart is that they genuinely care about the people who live here and take real pride in the building. I’ve personally seen them, when no one was around and there was no reason to, stop to clean up something almost no one would notice or pick up the tiniest piece of paper. i wanted to make it a point to shout out Leonardo from his attention given to my beloved dog park area. Over the last month or so I have seen a major improvement in how clean and organized the park looks. Leaves picked up, deep cleaning with shampoo and consistently emptying the cans. I've and beyond good. Stuff….which has allowed me to spend even more time down there with my pups. Special thanks to the Novus “pit crew”, particularly Leonardo for his diligence and genuine interest in and keeping the dog park clean. Means a lot! The Fetch Crew

I lived at Novus Westshore for several years and loved it. The apartment was beautiful, perfectly laid out, and had nice, modern appliances. My friends and family were always in awe of the spacious rainfall shower whenever they came to visit. Whenever the apartment needed maintenance, which was rare, the team quickly resolved those needs and were always friendly and polite in the process. The complex offered some nice amenities too (the pool may very well be the prettiest in Tampa and the parking garage is SO convenient, especially in the summer) and served as an ideal home base, situated close to I-275, Dale Mabry and Kennedy, and Tampa International Airport. I’ve praised this place for years, and hopefully my review helps future residents feel confident about their decision in renting

Leonardo was awesome and super efficient! We called for an emergency maintenance request and he was at our apartment within two minutes. He was able to fix our problem with ease. He was very kind and personable as well, and we had a wonderful time meeting and chatting with him. Thank you again Leonardo! We’ve had only great maintenance experiences since we have moved here.

Leonardo was amazing! We submitted an emergency maintenance request and he arrived within 2 minutes! Super helpful and solved our issue in only a few minutes. He cleaned up after himself and left the place cleaner than when he arrived. Very nice and personable guy and we really enjoyed talking with him. I was very impressed with the timeliness and he was super kind and it was a super great experience. He went above and beyond to help us. Thanks again Leonardo!
