Novi at Queen Anne

John did an excellent job fixing our sink garbage disposal/grinder. The old unit was really worn out, so he replaced the entire thing and handled a lot of work to get everything installed properly. He was professional, efficient, and left the area clean and neat when he finished. Everything is working perfectly now highly recommend John and really appreciate the great service!

Taurus delivers top notch service. He's helped me with a couple maintenance request and he is on it! Fixed my dryer so I dont have to beat the ish out of it to start it and I recently put in a request to have my front door lock changed. It wasn't even 24 hours before he was here with a new lock and key. Also, he always friendly when I see him around the complex. Wes is the manager and also provides top notch service. Wes keep this place runnin smoothly. He's so friendly sometimes I feel bad fa interrupting his day just to chat with him. I dont need anything hes just a nice person to talk with and always makes time for a quick conversation. This place wouldn't be as nice as it is without Taurus and Wes.

The most iconic performance from Wes Torres, pretty sure he is the manager of the apartment. I have been a part of the community for almost two years and Wes consistently handles complex and long term projects. Not only is Wes able to plan, execute, and manage projects that affect the entire complex on his own, but also keeps Novi friendly as he is the shining star of the space. Wes consistently keeps the members of the space up to date with newsletters, connected with events, and feeling appreciated with community hangs. Incredibly thankful for having someone care about residents at the end of the day.

I lived at NOVI for 3 years, and saw the transition from the previous management company to the current one, Greystar. The current staff at NOVI is great, always helpful and accommodating. Wes, from the leasing office, has been a great help, and I especially appreciate his clarity when he communicates. The maintenance team, and Taurus in particular, are always responsive, and have fixed a number of things in our unit. A couple of cons: * The elevators are (too?) often down for maintenance, sometime unplanned. It's never both of them at the same time, but only one is going to the 8th floor in the first place. * We had to stop storing our bicycles in the dedicated storage room a few months ago due to repeated thefts that happened (I'm guessing from outsiders who manage to sneak in). Great experience at Novi at Queen Anne. Wes gave a great tour. He was super helpful, professional, and friendly. The property was super nice the homes had ample closet space, and large balconies. Definitely top 3 in my list.
