NOVEL Edgehill Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Novel Edgehill. The location is perfect for Nashville — close to everything and still feels safe and comfortable. Maintenance is amazing too. Anytime I’ve submitted a request, it’s been taken care of the same day. The community here is really welcoming, and the events they host are a great way to meet people and feel connected. Ky and Adam were awesome during my tour, answered all of my questions, and were extremely supportive throughout the move-in process. The leasing team has remained helpful even after move-in, which I really appreciate. Overall, I genuinely love living here and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

I’ve had such a positive experience living at this apartment. The property is always clean, well kept, and feels safe, which was a big deal for me when I moved to Nashville. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and without hassle. One of the best parts of living here is the leasing office team. All of the leasing agents are professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction I’ve had has been positive. You can tell they actually care about the residents and want things to run well. I especially want to recognize Ky. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and valued. Ky brings such a positive, professional energy to the office, and it truly makes a difference. I love living here and it would take a lot for me to move somewhere else.

The leasing office is very responsive and extremely helpful. The entire complex is well kept and the maintenance team completes work orders within hours! Ky in the leasing office is awesome to work with. Overall great customer service and communication.

If you’re wanting to live somewhere basic, this apartment complex is not for you. My apartment is beautiful & the property is so well kept. There are so many amenities. I feel like there is always somewhere to hang out or something to do without having to leave the property. Plus, the people working in the office have always been helpful & kind.

This was the first place I moved to in Nashville. I lived here for two years and loved every second. The management is easy and great to work with. The amenities are super nice with the roof top pool and the amazing gym. Apartment was in walking distance of the gulch and a straight shot to 12 south. Any problems in the apartment were fixed always quickly. The apartment complex was safe and quiet to. They had great events every month with food or drinks. If your just moving here or looking for a new apartment I would highly recommend.
