Nova Chapel Hill

Living at Nova Chapel Hill has been a great experience. The community is always well-kept, peaceful, and organized. Everything—from the amenities to the grounds—feels taken care of with real consistency. What really stands out is the management team. They’re professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Whether it’s answering questions, handling requests, or just being present and approachable, they put in the effort and it shows. You can tell they truly care about the residents and the overall atmosphere of the community. If you’re looking for a place in Chapel Hill where the staff goes above and beyond and the living experience feels smooth and stress-free, Nova Chapel Hill is definitely worth it.

I’ve had an excellent experience at Nova Chapel Hill. The property is well-maintained, the community feels safe, and everything from the amenities to the grounds is consistently taken care of. I want to highlight Selena Curtis specifically. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for residents stand out in a big way. She sets a tone that makes the whole community feel organized, respectful, and welcoming. You can tell she takes pride in the work and it makes a difference in day-to-day living here. If you’re looking for a place in Chapel Hill that’s modern, peaceful, and run with real attention to detail, Nova Chapel Hill is absolutely worth checking out.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Year 1: water bugs, wasps, spiders, roof leak, extremely dangerous staircase (loose rails to the point of a child possibly falling from the second floor. Year 2 to 3: ALL OF THE SAME + my employer discount was stripped with no warning AND I started being charged an additional $25 for “valet”garbage pickup ( on top of annual rent increase) for garbage that doesn’t always get picked up. It does, however, end up all over the ground outside next to the overflowing dumpsters. (That’s 3 increases in one year if you did the math) City had to be called for safety violations in order to have the staircase removed and replaced. The pool, at this point, is only accessible for about two weeks out of the entire summer season each year, the fire pit has never worked (I ask every year)

Nova Chapel Hill has been such a great place to live. From day one, the staff and neighbors have been genuinely friendly, which made moving in a lot less stressful. The apartment itself is clean and modern, and everything around the property is kept up nicely. It really feels comfortable here—more like a home than just an apartment. I’m glad I chose this place.

I was looking for this place Nova Chapel Hill and what a difference from the pictures on their website, I couldn’t believe this place charge so much for rent when you have to live with garbage everywhere. I read reviews and those that are not good were more accurate than those that talk wonders so even though I have never lived there, I saw enough driving around the complex, so certainly don’t even want to see the apartments because I know I will have a problem living with that much garbage outside the bins, that only brings rodents, cockroaches 🪳 and spraying inside the apartments is not going to solve the problems that creepy crawlers bring to my living and sorry but that is very disgusting. Abandon cat with all flat tires that is never good. Please get it together!
