Matt spent a lot of time reviewing my new home. He also took the time to explain what he found in terms I would understand. Matt understood that I am buying inside a housing development, not a custom built home. And advised me on what I should expect from the builder, what would be nice to have or know, and what isnt required by the building code, but maybe I would benefit from knowing.
