Nottingham Apartments

After having lived here and having been a part of this wonderful community I can say by far renting here was the best apartment experience I’ve had. The managers (Donna and Crystal) were kind and welcoming. If you have any concern with your apartment, the maintenance staff are there quickly to rectify the issue. This cozy apartment community is tucked back away from the main road so it’s quiet and peaceful… you wouldn’t even know it’s in a big city. It’s within walking distance to MTSU so if you’re enrolled it’s an easy commute… just walk across Greenland Drive and you’re there. With two convenient pet stations on the property and a large grassy space, it’s perfect for anyone with a dog of any size. They have a nice sized 9 foot pool, swing set for the kiddos, a huge play area and sidewalk

As of 3/27/25 I tuned in my keys today (leaving for a mortgage). Giving my blunt and honest review. Personal experience- I’m very appreciative of the personal friendship with managers/maintenance crew: Donna, Crystal, Wayne, and John. Never had an issue with maintenance even after hours. During Covid when everything was going to hell and a hand basket we were able to stay afloat even though we were told at the time not to panic by management. Donna/Crystal kept a level head when things were up in the air during 2020. Location - If I were a real estate investor this would be a great location. Especially for college students. Why pay thousands for a tiny dorm when you get nearly a thousand sq ft for little over a grand a month. And if you wanted to get a side hustle this location is surrou

Pretty ok place to live. Grounds are always clean and landscaping done weekly. Office staff is very responsive and care about what your needs are. My experience with maintenance is anytime I have put in a repair request they get right on it.

I have lived here for 2years now and NO complaints which is rare since every apartment complex has their issues but so far for me being a resident it’s been great. Office ladies are amazing. They have excellent communication the maintenance crew on top of everything. It’s so very peaceful. It’s so very welcoming and I absolutely enjoy living here The price for the apartment is so fair. I promise you you won’t find anything more fair than this especially in a high demand economy and in a great neighborhood/community. thank you Nottingham for being a great environment for my growth.

I lived at Nottingham for 2 years while finishing college and working. (Moved a month ago for law school). Because I came from a terrible apartment nearby, my expectations weren't super high, but Nottingham far surpassed them. Donna, Crystal, Wayne, and John were fantastic. Maintenence concerns were always taken care of quickly. The rent was reasonable for the size of our apartment. Parking is no problem, the pool is wonderful, and the courtyard is absolutely beautiful. As a senior in college and then a person in the workforce, I loved that this community has a wide range of tenants. People live here long term, which made for a safer and quieter community. If you are not an MTSU student, don't worry about MTSU being so close. The traffic never affected me much and you only occasionally g
