I have been a resident here for 4 months. I moved here from out of town and the online presence of these apartments and the promotion that was running at the end of September 2025 seemed too good to be true; so I decided I needed to drive to TN and see the surrounding neighborhoods, the lake and apartments myself, because I felt like this was my next home based on what I saw online. To my surprise! From the moment I drove through the neighborhoods to get to these apartments, I felt it in my spirit that this is home! When I arrived at the leasing office, Tiffany was so welcoming and the atmosphere just felt amazingly welcoming as well. I love the lil community, we all watch it for each other for the most part. Most everyone is so friendly. I'm very happy with my choice if moving here.

Heather is absolutely incredible and gave the best tour ever! We toured 5 different complexes and were sold on Nottingham as soon as we walked in. She made the application process very smooth and easy and we truly appreciate her kindness and dedication!!

I’m new to the area and was apartment hunting when I stopped by Nottingham Apartments. It was during normal business hours, so I was surprised to find a note on the door stating they were closed. I left a voicemail and made an appointment for the next day to view an available unit. Unfortunately, the experience felt very rushed from the start. Tiffany provided incorrect pricing information and mentioned specials and amenities like a gym that I never actually saw. When we returned to the office, she didn’t offer me a seat, and when I mentioned that I felt rushed, she didn’t respond. Maybe she didn't hear me? No communication property manager lies about everything don’t honor her words tries to screw you over and they are always closed during business hours when they are supposed to be open I actually liked living there until towards the end I lived on the bottom people on top had two big dogs never went outside, peed on the balcony and pooped and swept off on my balcony they did nothing about that. Maintenance was pretty good, but there is absolutely no communication and if you have questions you might as well talk to yourself or to look it up using Google I got charged a month to month fee before my lease was even up lease was up March 14 paid rent on the 12th and it was already 1855 month-to-month smh and did nothing about it after asking and emailing them. I recommended three people to mov
