Northwoods Apartments - Apartment Rentals in Columbus, OH

When I first moved here I tried to give this place grace!! However since living here for this short period IM OVER IT!! My unit is noticeably unleveled. I can fell the elevation change going into the kitchen and in the secondary bedroom. The balcony is raggedy. The windows are not good which sucks because my main bedroom is cold when it’s cold and hot when it hot due to poor air pressure to my vent! I had to buy an air conditioner for an apartment that has central air. The windows will need to be covered with plastic to keep cold air out. I’m finding this out now that’s it cold! If you pay for a car port, the landscapers will blow everything they can on onto your cars and when you say something to them they will act like they don’t understand English! I lived at Northwoods Apartments in Columbus for almost five years and really enjoyed my time there. The location is extremely convenient, especially with easy access to the highways. The area where I lived was very quiet, which I appreciated. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall, for the value and location, it’s hard to beat. It’s close to great restaurants, gyms, and Polaris, and it’s easy to get downtown or to OSU campus. I would definitely recommend Northwoods Apartments in Columbus to anyone looking for a convenient place to live with solid amenities.

To anyone wondering if they should move into these apartments, save yourself, do NOT lease with them. this is genuinely not even to slander this establishment but to seriously share my experience and why i wouldn’t recommend to move here, as well as allow you to make your own personal opinion. I have a two bedroom and pay nearly 1.5k a month (before utilities) to be ignored and treated like garbage. these may seem like small issues, but when you keep dealing with this bs for MONTHS, it adds up. Gather ‘round, friends. Let’s talk about the beautifully renovated chaos that is Northwood Apartments at 99 Antelope Way. The apartment itself? Honestly, I loved it. The finishes were nice. The layout was great. The aesthetic? 8/10. The management experience? A masterclass in contradiction. In December 2025, I was transitioning from a domestic violence shelter and was approved for deposit and first month’s rent assistance through DVN. Before signing anything, I specifically asked if they accepted assistance through this program. I was told — enthusiastically — yes. Spoiler alert: they did not. After signing the lease, I was informed they wouldn’t sign the required paperwork because “corporate said it would change the terms of the lease.” Interesting, considering the paperwork had allegedly

I have been living in Northwoods Apartments for little more than two years and I’m so pleased!! The office and the maintenance ppl all have top notch customer service. Which l value soooooo much. Good customer service is everything to me! I recommend Northwoods to all my friends and family always.
