No issues. Great place to live. Everything you could ever need is within walking distance. Pretty convenient to live across the street from Safeway, PetSmart, Target etc.

Cheap you pay what you get for. Land lord is hard to get in touch with. They are almost never on site. Laundry sucks have to spend so much money to get your clothes dry. Tons of parties all the time owners don't do much. Porch feels like it is about to fall off. Air Conditioning is a joke it can't keep any rooms cold. Parking is terrible had a few break Ins. It's super small pay a little more to get a lot more room. Place was beat to hell when we got there knuckle marks in the fridge. Hole behind the mirror in the closet door. 1/2 the electrical plugs won't accept a 3 port plugin because they are damaged. Their appreciation days are a joke as well as their news letter. Unless you are in desperation there are better places.

Place is disgusting. There's dog poop literally everywhere, and it's clear no one cares. Management is genuinely unhelpful. Thankfully there's apartments going up all around because this place is a disaster

Management is the worst. They are never here and don't return calls. I'm unable to get badly needed repairs. This year they only turned on the sprinkler on the lawn facing Hawthorne Rd. They let the rest of the lawn brun up. I moved here 6yrs ago. Since then this place has gone down hill so bad. We don't even have maintenance man. If it were possible for me to move I would.

I have been here five years they where nice at first then when I did not resign my lease they turn on me. I worked my ass off cleaning up the place.when we did the walk through they found a lot of stuff to charge me on so I have to give them six hundred dollars now. So if this is the place you want to move in to make sure you keep all your paper work and when you move out you will get screwed over by them.
