I was scheduled for a showing of this property earlier today. When I arrived I was told I was at the wrong address. Instead of “1214”, the address that was emailed to me, texted, and said over the phone this morning, it was actually “1275”. The person insisted that I was the one who had the address wrong; told me I would have to walk to the correct address, and had an attitude. I paid for an Uber and arrived ahead of the scheduled time. I told the staff member that I was no longer interested and they proceeded to hang up the phone in my ear. I texted them about their unacceptable customer service. Given the 3.5 rating of this place and the staff with an attitude, I know I would have regretted moving here.

My sister lives here, but also I have a client that lives here, and if you dont live here but have to come to work with a client, during the week, you may get towed off the lot, or park blocks away. I feel like they should give at least a 2 to 4 hour window for visitors.

09/13/2023 - I will update this once the lease is renewed or finished. EXCELLENT customer service from beginning to end from Kimberly. I moved from out of state and the transition couldn’t have been smoother. The complex is quiet and very nice which I love. Conveniently located to public transportation. There are doggy bags to pick up after your pet (garbages walking distance), neighbors are kind, and the apartment is a great size and very beautiful. I’m in my early 20’s and this is my third home. It is hands down the best with awesome management! It’s only been a couple of days but no complaints thus far.

I’ve been here going on 5 months and I’ll be happy when my lease is up. Since moving in I’ve had SEVRAL issues where I need to contact maintenance to fix things that should’ve been repaired efficiently prior to me moving in, not falling apart after a few months. Maintenance is slow to respond to request, they don’t wear shoe covers when entering your home, also they will enter even if you select DO NOT ENTER MY HOME WHILE IM AWAY. The walls are extremely too thin, whoever lives above me is constantly loud & noisy and the leasing office seems to not care, meanwhile I work from home so I just have to deal in their opinion. PLEASE ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS YOU CAN BEFORE SIGNING THAT LEASE & GIVING A DEPOSIT. SCHWEB PARTNERS IS NOT IT!!!!

Updated (April 2022): I’ve lived here for a few years because previous management was amazing and the price is good for a 2bd townhome in my opinion. In 2021 management changed and the new management is mediocre at best. They have had multiple instances of lack of communication and consideration for their residents. In my opinion they are not as friendly or personable as previous management. The laundry rooms and dumpster areas were disgusting majority of the time after new management came but they have gotten a bit better in recent months (although the laundry room could really use some work, no one wants to clean their clothes in a dirty environment).
