Do not use the laundry room! It takes your money and doesn’t start. The support company will not respond or refund you. Save your money, time, and energy. Apartment and community is nice. 👍🏻

Apartments in good condition? yes Do I recommend live here? Nope They cut off water without noticing (for repairs or something) They cut off electricity without notice. They will give you a discount/refund for not having water, or electricity or for the food that is going to waste because of that? I DON'T THINK SO. Don't expect much in here

Warning!!!!!! You will NOT get your deposit back no matter how clean your apartment is. I had heard about the deposit issue from other people but I didn't believe it until now. Car break-ins, apartment break-ins, pest control will not come - although you'll be charged and if you expect to receive your deposit back, please lower your expectations.

Don't even consider moving here!!! Took about a month to hear from management to let us know we were even accepted, she was usually never there when I go up there and check or had any questions. When we finally found out we were accepted and they had an apartment ready we did everything we needed to do to move in. When we finally got settled in and had EVERYTHING moved in, we noticed there were roaches EVERYWHERE and I mean EVERYWHERE! Not just the kitchen but both bedrooms, bathroom, closets and the hallway. We saw some crawl individually on the walls or as a clan in the corners. Somehow they got into our bread that we never even opened. We sprayed and set traps and of course that won't kill them all. She had told me the maintenance guy fogged the place before we moved in but I don't thin

I love my apartment at the Northwood Apts. From beginning to present, I am steadily impressed with the Northwood management and maintenance team. With my extensive experience in living in an apartment complex environment.. I still have not found a single flaw in the Northwood Apt complex. All of the information I was given by Terry is to the T. It is truly a blessing to have found the Northwood Apts, management, and maintenance team. Excellent work for sure.
