Northwind Apartments

We recently moved into Northwind, and our experience has been wonderful. Lynsey was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in for our tour. She has been consistently communicative, answered every question we had, and has gone above and beyond to be helpful throughout the entire process. The community itself is nice and quiet, and the pricing is amazing for the amount of space you get. I love how conveniently located it is (close to stores and restaurants). We did run into a few minor maintenance issues, which is to be expected when moving into an apartment. Lynsey immediately submitted maintenance requests on the same day we received the keys, and maintenance arrived within an hour of doing so. There are many advantages to this property. It's on a secluded hill with no commercial traffic, only large private complexes. The staff is very friendly and highly professional. Ms. Marker made the onboarding process very easy and that was a blessing. Moving is such a drag. The complex is just off I80 with on and off ramps in both directions. Very close by is an upscale suburban area with post office, supermarkets, Walmart Super Center, etc. Place has a great feel and the staff are very down to earth and highly competent. Property has a gym and pool. One stop, simple, easy.

Just wanted to post because the maintenance men have always been great. We lived there for 10 years and even as they’ve switched men a couple times Gerald and Wade, to David and Jose’ have truly been awesome. Always had quick responses and they are not only friendly, but very thoughtful and go out of their way to lend a helping hand when needed. I know you don’t get that in all apartments so it has always stood out more than anything else in the all the years we lived there.

I do not recommend renting a unit from this company. I only lived there for a year and quickly realized it was not for me. Constant robberies of storage units, personal cars and packages. On top of that after I left half of my deposit went to cleaning. Although I had the unit cleaned and ready for the next tenet I was charged 400 dollars. Once I contacted them regarding this, Natasha said there is most likely nothing that can be done about this. Stay clear of these places as they are high rent units with little reason for that and will squeeze you for as much money as possible.

The maintenance crew at Northwind are the best! Quick to respond and they get the job done right the first time. Friendly and very helpful. 5 stars ✔️
