Throughout the process Jocelyn, kept in good communication with me. She answered all my questions, and made the whole process a snap. All my paperwork was received within the promised deadlines. And, Jocelyn has also helped me with a few inquiries since. I recommend Northwest to anyone.

I am not local to the property that I sold. Thankfully, the on-line pre-closing paperwork was easily understood and flawlessly executed. The St.Clairsville office answered all of my questions by phone and made sure that there were no glitches on closing day. On closing day, I was able to finalize the paperwork at a local Northwest office in Columbus, near my home, saving me a 2 hr road trip.
