Greg Kehnast was so helpful in our search for our forever home. He showed us every house that we wanted to check out and gave his honest opinion about everyone. We had specific needs so our search covered several townships, Greg was knowledgeable about all of them. We were recently in the market for buying a new house, and even selling out current house. Being the second time around, we ACTUALLY decided to interview a few Realtors instead of going with which ever service had a sign in the front yard. Out of Remax, Butler, and Sam Switzer, we decided to go with Northwest. Andrew Mengerink is who we decided to work with and he was really down to Earth, open, and informative with all the properties he showed. We hope to work with him again if we ever have to in the future and will definitely suggest him to anyone that asks!

Andrew was the one thaT helped us was really good. Was truthful didnt hid things that he know just to get us in a house. He made it fun, was funny, was a great experance. I would highly recommend him here's an amazing person to work with and He does care about what you want in a house and get you into that pacific house that you want.

Kirsten was a big help and patient, as we looked at many homes and many different towns, but she was supportive and keep positive along they way. And we had a deadline and everything closed at just the right time. She will get it done for you, call her to make your change smoothly.

This company was really disappointing for my husband and I. They were not in easy contact, had terrible communication with us, and waited forever to do our appraisal. After trying to get things set up it, they took over a week to even SCHEDULE the appraisal. They also told us and our realtor very different stories for when the appraisal would be done. (I called and asked, they told me it had been done that day. They called my realtor and told him it had been done 3 days prior.) On top of all that, they were very hard to get ahold of. I'm not sure if it was just a fluke for my husband and I, but we would not recommend this company.
