Northwest Pointe Apartments

I moved to this community with my mom seven years ago, and later on, I had two kids. During that time, I never had a manager as kind and understanding as Chelsie Lee. She’s always been so helpful, friendly, and treats everyone like family. She’s not like any other manager, she truly cares. We lived in two different two-bedroom homes, and even though my mom wasn’t always happy about moving, she still felt very close to Chelsie. like she was her own daughter. When we had to leave, my mom had tears in her eyes because of how much Chelsie meant to her.

No adult supervision, so basically, the kids are left alone to litter, destroy property, steal(theft is really bad here), and cause such chaos. It's so sad to see this. And it's scary and dangerous not to have any supervision. Trash everywhere every day!!!

Northwest Pointe Apartments is my favorite apartment complex I've ever lived in. The residents are very welcome and if you have kids it's even better! There are so many children for your kids to make friends and play with. There is also a playground to hang out or have fun with your kids. There is a wide variety of different apartments with different amounts of bedrooms and bathrooms. If you need a good place for a family or just yourself this is a great place to live.

I've lived here for 7 years and survived many Apt managers. Rates are good but section 42 is income restricted. 3 and 4 bedroom, 2 story townhouses are pretty huge! Central air and all that good stuff. Lots of kids, can get loud. Extremely diverse community. After reading many past reviews it seems worth mentioning... yes Colleen was very kind and hands on and worked the longest hours I've witnessed. But prior to her Michelle and Lori were very involved with the children and great at solving issues between residents. More recently Kylee worked hard to stay caught up with maintenance issues and the grounds tidy; and currently Chelsie Lee is down to earth yet professional and she's always pleasant on the phone and returns calls promptly. It's true this property has been through many changes

I moved into Northwest Point Apartments about six months ago. My apartment is very nice. It had new carpet, had all new paint, the countertops had been resurfaced, and many more new things. My apartment was definitely move in ready which was so nice and hassle free. The Manager Colene is so amazing!! She made the application process very smooth which can alway be grueling! Anytime I have a question or concern she’s always happy to help and makes herself available. The maintenance crew works very hard keeping the grounds clean and tidy which is so nice especially for when I have my grand babies over to play on the fun play ground. My neighbors are warm and friendly and always willing to offer a helping hand as are the kiddos that live in the complex which is so nice when you have an armload
