Great MLS classes and a small amount of real estate agent sales merchandise.
In my 2 years as a managing broker it is uncommon to have a good experience with the NWMLS has outdated technology and even still uses FAXES to process some data. It requires that I waste 4 hours of my life to take a class on how to use its poorly designed software.The world would be a better place without this organization which spends more time hurting than helping the real estate industry. Sure the people are "nice" but who cares when the organization is so poorly run, continues to waste my time with it's narcissistic and antiquated actions and policies.
The lady was super helpful and nice, thanks for the friendly service!
