I’m a Realtor, in Northwest Indiana I’ve been working with Northwest Indiana Title Services for almost 20 years, both for real estate issues and personal legal items. Rick Zunica and his staff have been through some really tough transactions with me and have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to find solutions and make me look like the heroine. They are friendly, professional and the absolute best at what they do.

if this is your title company please have your agent find another.. just recently closed on a sale and the closer Rich made promises to reach out to us about a judgement that was on the home but was paid weeks prior to closing yet we were being deducted for.. never followed up with me never called never texted. I cant be the only one that has questions after closing so when i had questions about a week and a half after closing i called the office and Renata very nicely tried to but when i asked her to clarify she put who i assume to be Rich on the phone and literally yelled at me over the phone and basically yelled at me that he is not responsible for answering those questions and hung the phone up.. in my opinion i feel like there is something shady about this place and about someone ho

Professional and friendly. Definitely know what they are doing. If you need a professional title company, this is the place to go.
