David worked with us the way we needed him to. | When we first started our process we were only loooking and not at all ready to buy but David took every inquiry seriously and helped us screen homes we could move in to with very little work. He coached us, walked through about 30 homes with us over a period of about a year and was always honest about each home's potential as well as whether or not he thought they were worth our time. He was gracious, patient and often frank but he always took us and our needs seriously. Only once did anyone but him show us a home and the young woman who did was equally professional. After we found a home, bid and won, he helped us through the remaining processes until move in. If we buy again in the NW corner, we won't work with anyone else.
