Northtowne Apartments

I am a resident at the townehouses. When I tell you they are the worst! I mean it. The laundry is leaking and has been for a year! It looks like mold is growing under it and when I reported it they didn’t do anything!!!! I called them 6 times! Both bathrooms are leaking, the ceiling above the kitchen is coming down. Please don’t move here! The staff is so incompetent they always say “we put in a work order,” they don’t do shit. Please again don’t move here.

Unsafe place day and night be carefully homeless sleeping smoking 🚬 drinking alcohol laundry, stairs, parking lot, hallway, elevator, and anywhere for this apartments. the office don’t care our safety, when we report for the office they said if you don’t like it you can move safe place No maintenance for this apartments Last Four years every day, office said we working to get security guards Look pictures 👇

Trash everywhere, dumpster always full. Owner please to reply to my post unless you intend to clean this place up and take action. I dont need any smooth talking without action to back it up.

I have been living in northtowne apartments Couple years Nowadays the maintenance become horrible Our AC stopped working a week ago The outside temperature is 85 to 90° I have reported this to the office couple times They keep on telling me it will be fixed One of my neighbor is having the same issue This place is horrible if you’re planning to rent apartment here, please watch out , me and my neighbor can’t wait to finish the lease The office has no any respect to residents They only care about the rent money If anyone plan to rent apartment here Please read the reviews before renting !!

I have been living this apartment for two years . It’s a horrible place that I have lived in my life. Apartments not cleaning bad Service Homeless people sleeping in fron of your door. It has a lot roachs🪳🪳🪳🪳🐀🐀🐀🐀 The management rude not helping the people very disrespectful One night got 15 cars broken and Stolen. Not save place They don’t return your deposit when you moved . For advice do not rent this apartment Northowne blvd.
