Northtown Crossing

The staff is so friendly and made the tour and application process so easy. I always have so many questions but the staff was always quick to answer everything. I appreciate their help. The place is big and clean and everything looks new. the building itself is clean and I appreciate the security of the entrance.

I enjoyed my time living at Northtown Crossing. The apartment itself was nice and management was efficient. The location was perfect while I was in school as it's close to NDSU and there's easy access to the interstate. Also loved that it is pet friendly as well!

My two roommates and i moved into Northtown Crossing in July of 2023. We got a three-bedroom unit in the first building unit 302 to be exact. Within a month or so of moving in my roommate experienced an on and off illness. After going to the doctor, we quickly realized it was related to mold. We then had our entire apartment unit inspected, and they found large traces of harmful mold throughout the apartment but mainly her room. The worst part was the fact that Enclave had painted over the mold in her room as if to hide it. Thankfully we were able to get out of our unit and moved to a new apartment (still enclave). Enclave did assist us with getting the new apartment and movers, but it took our parents getting involved. We also had to pay much more in rent each month as they wouldn't match

The most inconvenient aspect of living at Northtown Crossing is that they only give you one key fab per unit and every other form of entering the building is through the Homebase app. This app is extremely frustrating to use as most of the time I am locked out of the building for 5+ minutes at a time due to the app being slow or not working at all. I would not recommend living at this facility for anyone.

Northtown Crossing is a good place to live. No smoking allowed, maintenance to include snow removal have been taken care of in a timely manner. There's room for improvement tho in cleanliness of the building interiors/exteriors.
