Read any other reviews and you'll see. They're predatory and completely incompetent. Their system "failed" to take my rent twice, requiring me to pay $90 dollars more and I had to pay it as a money order because their system sucks. 2 months of constant support requests and my breaker panel still has 2 bad breakers. My doors don't shut and my bathroom is water damaged. This place sucks.

Management is incompetent. They take forever to reply to complaints and when they do they don't even fix the issue. On top of that they keep adding "bills" every month. The apartment I'm staying at was marked as $679 per month but now I'm paying around $810. Oh and rent isn't prorated, so you have to pay a full month when you arrive and when you leave. They take advantage of students coming to UTD who don't know any better. Predatory and incompetent.

Absolutely terrible. Stayed here for 2 years with roommates, and the staff is RUDE, MONEY HUNGRY, and MANIPULATING! Make sure you that if you have a problem that you keep contacting/going to their office to get it done. Otherwise, when you move out you are hit with the bill, event though you had pics of the place when you moved in as proof. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Never rent from here; stay as far away from Northside Apartments if you can help yourself. I've lived here two years and time and time again the management has taken advantage of the residents just because they are young students who are renting for the first time in their life. Northside fails to provide accurate information regarding their processes and their employees give false information because they themselves are exceedingly uninformed. Most employees are college students themselves and Northside residents. They have a giant management problem and fail to do anything to take responsibility for their problems. After you sign the legal papers there is no telling what will happen next without your approval or warning. When trying to relet out lease, my 3 roommates and I filled out Not

Be very aware and if you have an option STAY AWAY from this business . This business PREYS on STUDENTS. They are horrible and will never take any responsibility as “you have signed the legal papers “ and you are on the hook for their lack of management horrible service and failure to do their Job right . I was in a relet situation and did everything I was supposed to in a timely fashion , found a tenant got the unit vacated 20 days before my lease ,asked about what else needed to be done multiple times at the office ! Btw don’t trust them EVER . They told me that everything was ok but failed to get the unit ready in time causing 2 weeks delay ! Because of their incompetence their lies and disregard for anyone else’s loss they want me to pay extra rent in spite of paying all relet fees . Th
