Northridge at Babcock Ranch by Pulte Homes

We purchased our house at the back of Northridge about 1 1/2 years ago and have had some bad experiences with the builder, post move in mostly. The house is ok, it's more the builders attitude and the sales dept total lack of consideration for their residents after they move in. Now we have the joy of this construction yard/concrete truck clean out in front of our house for the next year and a half. You see in the pic all of the open lots they could have put this, but they decided to wedge it right in between current residents. I spoke with Yohan, who says he runs "everything" over here and he had some long drawn out reasoning behind it. What was missing from his explanation was any consideration for current residents, all of whom have supported them in the past. This is the second time th

5 stars across the board for Pulte! We have purchased new construction several times in the past, but not with this builder. We’ve had a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. The service is unparalleled, and the attention to detail was really impressive. We are more than happy with our house and Pulte.

We just completed our first year in Northridge at Babcock Ranch and have enjoyed a great experience with Pulte. The home is well built and energy efficient. Our Customer Service Manager, Alex Church has been excellent responding to any questions and/or issues we have had. Any issues have been very minor and handled right away. We couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Pulte.

Picked a quick-move-in to purchase early 2025. The whole process took 5 weeks to complete and there was some minor hiccups but overall it was pretty easy. Sales was not the best experience with offer deadlines and inaccurate offer details we got off to a questionable start. We went with Pulte Mortgage and that was pretty easy with Janet and Tifanie doing a nice job working along with Darlene at Pulte title to get all the paperwork through without too much problem. Even though it was a QMI working with Construction Manager Johan Lopez was great, all-around professional and personable, he is a rock star. Our home was delivered in excellent condition with everything touched up or fixed from previous inspection.
