Today is January 22 and if you’re living in Atlanta, you have had snow twice since January 10 with temperatures as low as 10°. I have been without heat since Wednesday January 15. One of the young ladies in the rental office Magnolia was nice enough to give me a space heater due to the simple fact the one that they originally gave me was about the size of a cantaloupe for a whole family. Unfortunately, that space heater Belonged to the leasing office manager who came and took it back Leaving us in a house that feels like we’re sitting in a car with no heat on. I have an 11-year-old That has severe bronchitis and uses a breathing machine every 4 to 6 hours. The HVAC company has come out multiple times still unable to fix the unit. In the meantime I still have not been giving a space heater.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Cypress Shore Apartments. After being assured that I only needed to move in, I was shocked to discover that they required me to upload my paystubs onto their company portal and email them to a specific individual. Even after completing this request, I was informed that I needed to come into the leasing office to sign into ADP, despite being initially told otherwise. This inconsistency and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. I felt like I was given the runaround and my time was wasted. It's disappointing to see such a lack of transparency and communication from a leasing office. I would not recommend Cypress Shore Apartments to anyone looking for a hassle-free renting experience.
