Would never ever hire this company again. They left boxes of nails and screws all over the ground, for me to pick up. I picked up a box full one afternoon, then it snowed and i had to dig in the snow to pick up two more boxes of screws and nails, plus there is still one side of the building where there are more nails and garbage frozen into the ground. plus they left one anchor plate without and anchor bolt in it. I would have fired the whole crew!

They came out and spent time with us designing our pole building with a shop. They gave us a quote right away and that's what we paid. They were professional and great to work with. Highly recommend. We've had the building a few years now and everything is holding up great with no issues.

Not done with the building yet. But they are doing a good job so far. As for the complaints about leaving nails and scrap on the ground, that is par for the course for all builders, Lester, Morton, Northland and Grizzly. I am assuming they never put up a building before. I have had no complaints about lester or Grizzly. Only thing about Morton is the price. The crew has been good to work with. No issues yet. I will post when the project is complete.

The quality of the building is very good. That's where the positive part of this purchase ends. Make sure you read the fine print of their very carefully worded contract (which covers their butts on their screw ups.) The crew doesn't clean up the jobsite. They left nails, scrap steel, and wood all over. Morton and other reputable pole barn builders clean up the site. They also don't follow your stakes. I staked out my area which was supposed to be a 90 degree angle from my house. The lead construction crew guy called and asked about the stakes. I said it's not perfect but make sure it's a 90 degree angle from the house. Well they weren't even close. They would of been if they would of followed my stake locations The building is crooked and looks ridiculous Northland puts the blame on me

Northland was absolutely stellar to work with! The salesman, Mike, was knowledgeable and very friendly. Steve, the coordinator, kept us informed every step of the way. The construction crew was efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everything was on time and on budget. An amazing experience!!
