Northgate Square Apartments Bossier City

Ghetto apartments. Loud. Pool might as well be a public pool. They come here take up all the parking around the pool play loud music and have zero consideration for those living by the pool. They also trash the pool area. There are visible trash cans at the pool but people prefer to throw it on the ground and leave it. They run and yell through the breezeway next to the pool. Kids ride their scooters back and forth through the breezeway and its loud and they dont live in the building. You can call the phone service to alert the courtesy officer but they don't always come to take care of the issue and sometimes the answering service doesn't even answer. Have been living here for 2 weeks and still do not have Internet access. They have sent an electrician 3 times to fix the problem... and guess what they still haven't fixed it. This should be something that is fixed before a lease is ever signed, do better

I told the apartment manager weeks ago that my internet provider sent a technician out to find out what was wrong with it. He said that another line needs to be desperately run to my apartment. There has been no mention and new line. Edit: after calling McNeer Electric myself, they informed me that they were never even contacted 2nd edit: I can smell the weed the person above me is smoking through the vents I guess. Can't smell it outside.

I've lived here twice most beautiful welcoming place and cheap if you need to save and repair your credit to move to something better but I'm 55 I don't need a mortgage when some one else can do the grounds and repairs,I'm not retiring yet ,I'll be Her for cheap and travel or move and not travel to much love Cordova court...

PROS-convenient to stores and work, very quiet, neighbors very friendly, CONS- multiple problems with the up keep of the unit i was renting, not accommodating to their tenants needs.
