Northgate Oaks Apartments

I have toured this property 3 times along with many other apartments, and something kept telling me to come back to this place over and over again. So I decided to give it a try and signed a lease. I was very nervous at first because I have never lived on my own And this was a big step for me in life. The staff has been very helpful and has provided extraordinary exceptional service to me. I had quite a few issues when coming in but maintenance is so fast to respond and gets everything done that you need them to. Any little flaw or big issue they WILL take care of you. Maintenance guys -Gerardo, Fernin,and Guierrmo are super nice. They literally sweat in the hot houston heat and still work hard for you. They are dedicated to their job and will keep coming back until your problems are

Good good evening to whoever it may concern my name Paul Shields I am a tenant at the apartments. I just wanna say that Miss Kelly she’s terrific. She always helpful. I’ve been out here about five years. She always help me always take care of me and make sure that everything is nice and I like her attitude and Appreciate her. She treat me like a real person and like she care a lot about me so and I appreciate that she’s a good person. A five star for being kind to me always appreciate coming to visit her too. Thank you.

I absolutely love living here! The management team is incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I have a maintenance request, it gets resolved very quickly. The complex is clean and feels very safe. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home :)

I recently toured Northgate Apartments this morning and, unfortunately, the experience felt rushed and unengaging. The leasing agent Erik , provided very little eye contact throughout most of the tour, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and impersonal. He also spoke very quietly, making it difficult to hear or follow along, and the tour itself wasn’t very informative. It seemed like the tour was hurried, possibly because the office was still being opened when we arrived. Eye contact and clear communication go a long way in making prospective residents feel welcomed, and I didn’t feel that during this visit. I hope this feedback helps improve future tour experiences.

Wow, great experience. Here was very nervous to leave my grandfather here. But Savannah definitely made it easy for the decision to be made. She was very caring and making sure that it would be an optimal fit for my grandfather to call this place home for his golden years. She was definitely attention to detail and making sure he would get the most out of his time being here. She Was no pain on the eyes I can see why she used to be in the Miss USA Competitions 👀🌶️
