Northgate Meadows

Northgate Meadows is a very clean and updated building. I would recommend renting and living here! The apartments are very spacious, with beautiful counter tops, and hardwood flooring. The staff is very polite and very responsive to any requests. Maintenance issues are handled timely. Snow removal is done smoothly and quickly! Highly recommend it!

I’ve been living here at Northgate Meadows for close to two years. I have recommended this place to a few people because I absolutely love it here. The units are spacious, clean, and easily accessible! Minutes from the highway! The staff here are very friendly, very quick to solve any issues! They have a dog park the dog can run around in, a nice little hiking trail, a place to grow veggies, a patio in the back with a couple of grills and a fire pit. The buildings are pretty much brand new. They take maintenance very seriously, keeping up with the cleaning, painting, and beautiful decor. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live in a nice community!!!!

I’ve been living here at Northgate since they first built in 2021. The units do have a lot of living space and they allow dogs/cats. They have great amenities such as a dog park, walking path, garden area, playground, and even grills out back. There is even a washer and dryer in every unit which is super convenient. Staff/Maintenance are super friendly and quick when you need service or have questions. I’ve also met so many amazing neighbors here.

As a tenant of over 2 years now, I have only positive things to say about Northgate. The management team, including service team members, are super helpful, friendly, and timely on any and all requests. The building itself is very quiet. The amenities, including garage access, dog park, playground, and garden beds make this a great option for anyone. Any service requests issues have been solved almost immediately. Location is great, with access to highways right down the road. Units are spacious with lots of natural light. 10/10 recommend!

Donald Blanchard and Mona Blanchard have lived at Northgate Meadows for almost two years. It is a wonderful facility. They do such a good job of taking care of all the tenants. They have a wonderful dog park, a place to bathe your dogs. They put in planters so the tenants could have a garden. They also put in a play area for the children. In the back of the facility there is a beautiful area with tables, chairs, two grills and a pit which can be reserved for a party or just used day to day. If you have a plumbing, electrical or pretty much any problem they almost as soon as you put in a request they respond. They do a great job of snow removal which is difficult with so many tenants. This facility is wonderful on every level.
