I inquired about a property but received no response from them. After my third attempt to contact them I finally got a response, almost a week after my initial attempt. Then I was told an offer was accepted on the property that morning. So I missed out on an opportunity because of their inept inability to contact me. There was no excuse for this!

I'm really disgusted at the outcome of my experience. In my opinion, my realtor Faith Newberry did not make it clear to me that there would be a $2,500 minimum fee to sell my $7,500 property until I had accepted an offer. The outcome was that because of what I felt was a very unreasonably high realtor cost I ended up losing about $1,500 on the purchase and sale of this property. I was really put out by the way she handled the situation once it was finally clear that I was going to have to pay out to sell the property. She basically made it clear that I was going to be forced to sell the property so that she could get her commission and I may be facing lawsuits if I dare not go through with the transaction. I'm so unimpressed with her, in my opinion she was definitely not professional. For

The mosquitos about carried us off. Bring toilet paper. Otherwise it's fairly peaceful and enjoyable.

More showings in the last month than I've had in a while. Good communication.
