Great customer service and quality products. Did have some minor hiccups with a large order for a complete home renovation, however, no questions were asked and they immediately made it right. Company never tried to upsell me into a more expensive product and actually recommended their cottage grade knotty pine that was cheaper. New showroom is amazing and worth a look to see what they have to offer.

I have Modern Interiors LLC . I have 38 years experience . I recently received 2,400 sqft of ordered white pine 5” nominal random length end matched paneling and paneling moldings and window extension jambs . I was told that the finish materials would be shipped in a sealed box truck . I received the paneling and it wasn’t just white pine but mixed species pine . The paneling first off had sticker marks all over the pieces. It was full of blue stain . It was filthy dirty from tow motor soot . And the end matches were made without a contacting push block . This company is total amateurs ! They succeeded in being the worst company producing millwork that I have seen in my 38 years of carpentry. Now I had the lumber shipped . The boards were not bundled . They were all scratched up And so

Bought barnwood look siding for 2 interior walls. They sent me samples first so I could confirm colors. A bit of hiccups in getting samples but all else was seamless and wood quality was outstanding. Far superior to anything I could get at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from them.

10/15/2021, just received my log siding for the garage addition. Everyone I dealt with at Northern Log Supply this time, including Daryl (sales), Sarah (office), Morgan (office) and Brian ( Northern Log delivery expert), were excellent! This is my 3rd order over the last 6 years and the quality has not changed from the 1st time when I ordered the log siding for our cabin and dealt directly with Peter Green (owner) in 2015. My 2nd order, was for the T&G boards for our cabin’s ceiling. Speaking of Peter (owner), I have heard many times, how he is willing to jump in and help his staff with any job, from working in the shop getting the logs finished, to delivery of the logs.
