Northchase Village Apartments

I really enjoyed my tour!!! Ms Neveah and Ashley. They are wonderful ladies and very friendly!! I really appreciate the kind gesture of beverages and snacks that they offer!! Can’t wait to move in!!! The apartment complex is lovely and Ms. Neveah is amazing with knowing all her residents!! I am very excited!!!!!

Naveah! Naveah! Naveah! What can I say about this wonderful woman? She is the heartbeat of the Northchase Village community apartments. Patience and understanding are her traits. I visited the office today with a sad face because of my situation and Naveah calmed me down and assured me that all will be well. She doesn't rest until her tenants are satisfied. With all the sadness I brought to her office, when I left I was extremely happy and settled. Are you looking for a new place to call home? The Northchase Village Community Apartments is the perfect place. Come in and see Naveah. Even when she is busy she finds the time for her clients/future tenants and makes sure they leave her office content. Also she has a very contagious smile! 😁

I had an amazing experience with this apartment complex, and I especially want to thank miss Naveah in the office!!!! She truly went above and beyond to help me get approved and made the entire process quick and stress-free. I really appreciate how easy she made everything and would definitely recommend working with her! Also miss Ashley was also very nice & answered anything I needed to ask .

Michelle is incompetent! Says yes TWICE but she didn’t realize her mess up until way later in the conversation. I screenshotted and circled where she said yes to my offer. It’s obvious she’s using ai and is not being human. Horrible horrible customer service and she just lost not just my sale, but the others I would’ve recommended.

Miss Ashley’s customer service was truly exceptional. From the very first interaction, she created a welcoming and positive experience , she took care of what I needed in a very speedy time .
