We had a very good experience with Sheila and Allen, getting our house on the market and making the decisions that we needed to make with timing, etc. We found a buyer quickly at the first open house, but we went through a difficult experience with the deal falling through 2 weeks before closing due to the buyer losing his financing. Putting the house back on the market ended up more complicated as it was getting into winter and the market was changing.
