We have lived within the Northbank community for almost five months, and we love it. As a young family, we wanted the city vibe while being in a private community with a suburban feel. The residents are lovely, from professionals to young families to retirees - everyone is friendly and welcoming. While the community is still under construction, it is awesome to see the progress being made and we have never had a problem getting a response from the builders for any minor fixes to our home. The project managers are super friendly and always walking around the community making sure things are going smoothly. As a resident, I want potential buyers to be aware of ongoing issues that threaten our community’s safety and quality of life. Trash cans are often left in driveways instead of garages, blocking access in case of emergencies, and vehicles are frequently parked in non-designated areas, obstructing driveways and emergency routes. The constant barking of animals on decks suggests poor care or confinement, which can disturb residents and pose safety concerns. I have to say this is probably the best real estate in Philadelphia while North Bank isn’t fully complete. I would say a good portion of it is done and there is an adjoining property being built from time to time. I’ll walk in the trail here. I’m hoping that they’ll connect the trails Altogether that lead down to Penns Landing, and to pen, treaty Park I like what I see so far it’s very clean area that walks along the riverside and loops around to Richmond Street which you can follow south to Peretti Park or you can go north but my hope is that they will have the trails all running along the river, which would be amazing

We moved in last July as we wanted the walkability of city living mixed with a riverfront lifestyle. Here are the Pros and Cons as I see it: The Pros: the build quality is better than expected, as I cannot hear my neighbors on each side. The neighborhood is very safe and well-lit, and security constantly drives around at night. The snow removal was terrific as crews were out incredibly early, so getting in and out of the neighborhood was a breeze. The landscaping crews work hard to keep the grounds trimmed. The riverwalk trail is beautiful, and for those of us with furry friends, we are lucky to have a green space in the city. The neighborhood is beautiful and I am a buyer. I can hardly wait to wake up and kayak or stand up water paddle in the mornings and evenings! We have going through the construction process and as always there are some issues. The developer has been fair in settling these matters so all is good. I love this setting and the project looks good. AND we just did our final inspection. It was great! Our first inspection listed many items that needed attention. I was shocked that they got them all in a short period of time! We’re very pleased and moving in this week!!!!
