North Woods

My husband and I are making a cross-country move and have been very stressed/ anxious. We had Chad as our tour guide and helper. We simply could not have asked for anyone better to help us. He was very personal and such a fun person! 10/10 best experience I’ve had looking at apartments.

We are happy to be here, the place is tranquil and green. At the same time very close to all necessities:) The office and maintenance teams are supportive. We are new here, of course, there are some little issues as a property itself is quite old but we feel at home, and that’s the most important. Our dog is happy too, lots of trails to walk 😁 Updated 06/05/24: They have a great maintenance team here in North Woods! Each time guys react immediately and trying to do their best. Chris is very helpful! We needed to replace our stove and we got it 1 hour later.

Stay away. The property allows smoking inside units and the units are not well sealed from each other. One day a smoker may move next door and then you might as well live with a smoker. If you raise the issue, they will say there is nothing they will do and then ignore you.

From the moment we had contact with the leasing staff when we first looked at the apartments at North Woods, we felt very welcome. It just got better from there. We have always been valued as a community member. The property is very well maintained. It's a beautiful neighborhood and it's definitely HOME!! :):) We look forward to many happy years at North Woods.

I just moved in a week ago and so far, everything has been great. The staff is super friendly and responsive, to include Chris in maintenance who is so helpful and fixed a few small things right away. Chad was fantastic on move in day and throughout the weekend. It’s very peaceful and quiet here and my dog loves it here ❤️❤️ edit: can’t forget to mention Olivia who helped me throughout the rental process:)
