North Water

So I really like this apartment building the moving in process paperwork and everything was smooth and simple.I got the keys on a Monday.And I didn't move in till that Saturday.And on moving day things went horribly.Wrong issues with the gate.Then the fire alarm going off so I had a karen moment. During my Karen escapade.The manager was very professional and then addressed my concerns and issues and answered promptly matter of fact, she was so nice and polite.I felt like such a jerk for the next few weeks. I like it here.It seems pretty peaceful and quiet.We're right next door to a stripes for those last minute items you need late at night.You're a 5 minute walk from anything in downtown, i really recommend it to anybody.The only reason they didn't get a 5 star is . downtown Gets crazy du

I was very hesitant on writing this review only because Patsy is a very nice manager, but I have to write what I think about this place. Since the day we moved in August we have yet to use the pool, due to it always been “Green” looks like algae water. The gym we got use for about a month until they changed the hours that it could be open (hours open 8-5 during the week closed on the weekends.). Please read the lease carefully, as there is. “MOLD” and they know they have it here and will refer back to that it included in the lease when you signed. The A/Cs leaks we would come home from work hoping to relax and instead we were mopping up puddles of water from the A/C leaking in the living room. We had to get rid of some furniture due to it being damaged, the furniture I had left I moved

Michelle was amazing from the tour to the move in process! She made everything easy and we fell inlove with the property!we willl recommend anyone to live there! Our apartment was clean and ready for move in! Call Michelle! She helps with everything! She found moved at a good discount price!

Worst place to live at we moved from California thinking this place was gonna be perfect upon moving in our breaker kept popping when we would turn the lights on the hot water in the bathroom barely worked so we were basically showering cold elevators barely worked mold was found in the AC units which made me n my partner deadly sick and management never gave 2 craps about our safety we were put on the 5th floor after telling them we were both handicapped and the response from management was not our problem they towed our car after telling us we could park in the reserve parking they lied on how much we'd be paying on rent 1247 for a damn studio was not worth the price homeless everywhere had to worry bout our vehicle being broken into cockroaches everywhere can't wait to see this place go

I moved in a little over a month ago and I love it ! Beautiful view of the bay! Big balcony and the apartments have been renovated with stainless steel appliances. Very cute courtyard and pool. I would highly recommend!
