North Ridge Heights Townhomes

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! There are apparent plumbing issues that they refuse to fix the underlying issue. Twice in the last month our toilets have backed up for no apparent reason and have caused the kitchen to be flooded with toilet water. Of course on both occasions it happened on a Sunday so we called the emergency after hours line multiple times and each time they said the maintenance person would be in contact with us with 30 minutes but we never got a response. It’s been about a month and the ceiling above our kitchen hasn’t been fixed. The neighboring units have the same plumbing issues as well as roaches.

Nice Community. Home is spacious and I really like the layout. I always see the maintenance guy outside straightening up the property. He seems to really care about the way it looks. I’ve enjoyed my time here so far.

I left a review before, then had to delete it due to how things went downhill while they couldn't keep a property manager. I'm writing a new one due to how happy I am with our current manager, Lori. She's proof that a solid manager who cares can make or break a renting experience. My emails are always returned quickly with solutions offered or guarantees of looking into it, and she gets back to me when she has an answer. You can tell she's working hard to undo the damage that was done by the owners and their inability to keep a manager employed before now. I love how easy the location makes commuting via hwy 50 or I-25. It usually takes 15 minutes or less to get anywhere in Pueblo/PW from the property. I have lived in the community for a year and havent had any bad experiences. In fact, Lori and Arthur have been great! Very responsive and professional! I love living here!

I have mixed results with this property. Only reason I gave 3 stars is due to Lori the apartment manager she is great & has been through the entire leasing process. However, the maintenance team here is terrible! I moved in to dirt still on the walls & floorboards , paint chipping off the walls, the refrigerator & cabinets still have dirt in them, windows have no screens, one of the bedroom toilets clogged first time using it etc etc I can go on . Seems like the biggest problem here is maintenance & it’s very frustrating for this to be the first impression
