North Pointe

Management is poor, my sister applied last year and finally got a call to be approved, the lady tammeca denied her for no reason, she didn’t have any evictions on her background or anything! She wanted her to pay of a 280 cox debt before approval which is illegal!

North Pointe has been wonderful. The ladies in the office are great, and for anyone upset at how hard it is to reach them, remember how many properties they manage. They do a lot, and as long as you are being a good neighbor, not disturbing anyone, being respectful to the hardworking maintenance guys that come and fix your stuff, and paying rent on time you will be just fine here.

Great place to raise your family! Convenient location, professional maintenance crew, and well rounded community. However, it is IMPERATIVE to the growth and development of the community that adjustments in management be made. Implementing policies in accordance with the law and adhering to a code of ethics could go a long way.

I’m giving it one star because the Lady Leah canceled my mama’s housing for no reason and she is very quickly to get off the phone instead of hearing what a person have to say…

Very poor management and loud neighbors. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone with anxiety.
