North Pointe Apartments

Great apartments if you don’t mind your water being cut off for hours every week due to “maintenance”. Next to huge field so lots of field mice, especially when it gets cold or hot again. Office does not respond to requests as fast as they should. Only good thing about these apartments are the mostly friendly tenants around.

I love the new management they are VERY HELPFUL and respectful , I had problems with my home and they got on it with no questions asked. They keep the property nice and it’s peaceful i absolutely LOVE STAYING HERE !! My son loves our home

I am a current resident of North Pointe Apartments and I've loved it since I've moved in. The grounds are very well kept along with the pool area and gym that we also have on the property. Management is absolutely wonderful and very communicative, empathetic and knows the tenants and their fur babies by name. (Very impressive) Although I haven't had many issues since I've been in my unit, the ones I did have were taken care of quickly and efficiently by Maintenance. Management also does a great job following up on requests that have been completed to make sure that things are working just fine. Truly a great place to call home.

0/10 I moved there in February and saw a mice a week after being there I had to make 4 rodent complaints from February to May and all they did was say they would fill the holes the mice where coming from but who doesn’t know that mice eat through everything but the last straw was the air went out and instead of fixing the AC unit all that was done was put a window unit in the front room that’s didn’t help anything. Then I was told I have 5 days to leave because I went to comfort the manager the living conditions are unacceptable for the price and she got upset I don’t recommend no one to move here especially for almost $1,300 it’s not worth it! And please don’t get the started on the roaches.

I have been living at Northpointe Apartments for a little over four years now. The staff is very nice and professional, they always take care of any issues promptly. Ms. Amanda is awesome she always checks to verify if any repairs that were needed were completed in a timely manner. Great place to live, the grounds are neatly maintained and trash is not everywhere.
