We had many issues with North Pointe, mainly with loud neighbors who backed their car into my garage door because I kept calling the management office on the noise and ended up calling the police a couple times. Because of this and other issues we chose to leave and we bought a house. When we lived here in 2011 to 2015 we never had issues with staff or neighbors. I know management changed when we were leaving. I do hope the new management is better now.
When you rent From IRET you pay everything, nothing is included with these Apartments. Then to top it all off you pay 815 for a single bedroom! If you decide you want to upgrade to a better apartment then you will pay a 200 dollar fee. Also when you tell employees of this establishment stuff they don’t want to hear they ask you to leave. If you want to be broke and living paycheck to paycheck IRET is the place for you!!!!
