We have been condo owners for a few years now. Reeves is by far the most unprofessional person. The biltmore condos haven’t had their elevator serviced since 2016. There are constant light outages, cleaning issues, and general lousy upkeep. If you are a few days late, he has zero problem harassing and speaking to you as if you were an employee of his rather than treat you as the one paying his bill. The worst company yet after all these reviews it’s uncanny how they can continue to employee this person. Such a disgrace.

Why is this rude, disgusting and miserable guy still running associations. These reviews with everyone saying the same thing is no coincidence. I refuse to keep being harassed in my own home. Every dog has their day and I will make sure Miller Reeves has his until he leave me be. I thank God that I have pictures and messages dating back to 6/11/22 refutting his allegations against me. There’s no way I’m paying 350k for a house and having to deal with this maniac. Clearly he’s been being away with it and thinks he’s unstoppable! I was warned by my neighbors but I didn’t think it was this bad.

Reeves and his team have run the associations that I am a part of for several years, and they have done an excellent job. Being the property manager doesn’t always lead to interactions with people who are at their best, but I have always found Reeves and his team to be professional, prompt and responsive regardless of the circumstances. Would highly recommend NPRE for a property sale or HOA management.

Never had any problems. been with them as a tenant for the last 3 years I think its been now. Never been harassed or made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Anytime we've needed them for something, they were on it almost instantaneously. 5 stars.

This real estate agency is the worst I have ever dealt with. They try to charge you late fees when you pay on time and much earlier than the due date which is the third of each month. For example, I received a bill for $60 for the month of February late fees when the check was sent on January 20th, and they cashed it on January 24th. They charged me late fees for three other months and claim I didn't pay for May. My records show they cashed the check on May 5th. In addition, they never get anything fixed. My call and voicemail about a leaking faucet has been ignored for a few months now. Terrible, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
